To set rumours to rest, it has been confirmed by Gregg Wilson (Associate Producer) that BOND 24 and BOND 25 will not be shot back-to-back like tabloids believe. Gregg also states that John Logan hasn't produced a draft for the producers yet but has been working on one late last year, which he says is "no where near" the treatment stage for BOND 24. Addidionally, Sam Mendes told the press at the BAFTA's last week that he would return to helm BOND 24 if the producers want him. "I've had a great time, it's been a huge learning curve and we would want to make a better movie next time around, and if we thought we could do that they might let me have another go again." In another interview, the producers made it clear that they really do want him back for the next film. However, a crisis looms and could possibly delay BOND 24 for a further year. Sam Mendes is already committed to produce a musical version of 'Charlie And The Chocolate Factory' which opens on 18th May, whilst John Logan has joined to direct a film called 'King Lear' at the National Theatre which opens in January 2014. The producers have decided to wait for Mendes and Logan to finish their projects before they even think about starting BOND 24. Due to this delay, we could now expect to see BOND 24 hit cinemas in the summer of 2015 (or late 2015 if production is delayed further) It is already confirmed that Daniel Craig will return as James Bond in this film (so long as he doesn't turn it down at the last minute) and will be joined by Ralph Fiennes as 'M', Naomi Harris as 'Miss Moneypenny' and Ben Whishaw as 'Q'. The new MI6 team is contracted to stay until Daniel Craig's departure in BOND 25. However, the producers may decide to keep them for future films.
